This is a shot of the inside of her fairy land. Oh how I would love to see it in person.
I received an email from Sandy a couple of weeks back but, was sooooooooo busy I didn't post my pride in my friend who was featured in The New York Times. Go HERE for the link to see what she sent me. And HERE is the link to go visit her amazing blog. I have seen a few other folks post about her magical fairy tale cottage but, knew when my friend Sandy from California sent me an email that I had to check out this great Blog/Studio she had found. And fresh faced shame hit me when I realized I hadn't shared my friend with all my other friends before she got FAMOUS! Soooooooooooooo I am proud to introduce my friend Sandy & her Shabby Streamside Studio.
I even called a guy in upstate New York about a sterling silver tray after Sandy did the post about his barn sale. And I loved the huge tissue paper flowers that you see in the last photo above. If you are interested Sandy posted a wonderful tutorial on these in her post on May 11, 2010. So hurry over & enjoy. Tell her Charlene sent you.
Such a small Blogland that you already knew Sandy; I so want her cottage. LOL!
