Susan http://asoutherndaydreamer.blogspot.com/2009/03/34-outdoor-wednesday.html is hosting Outdoor Wednesday again & we are all thinking of the appearance of spring with anticipation. It was sunny here today but, THE WIND WAS COLD! So when thinking of the photos I wanted to share with you I thought of the beautiful flowers from a trip to Vail Colorado. I took so many flower photos that trip that I will share them over the next few Wednesdays. Hope you enjoy.
Made me wish they grew in Texas. To begin our little session I wanted to show you three of the most perfect evergreen trees I have seen. The little Blue Spruce up front was adorable.
And how is this for a hanging basket on the side of a railing?
And a pot outside of a shop door.
This is a close up of the Lobelia in that pot. LOVE that blue color! Enjoy your Wednesday. Thank you for stopping by.
Annuals always grow so well in Colorado... I don't know why... I lived there for 7 years and always had the most incredible flowers! Can't wait to see the rest of them! Thanks *Rainey
I think by this time we are all anxiously awaiting spring. All those lovely flowers remind me of a handful of brightly colored crayons. What a fabulous trip it must have been.
Hi Charlene! What beautiful photos! I was in Vale last summer. It was my first trip there and it was just lovely. I remember all those beautiful flower pots everywhere in the shopping village. ~ xoxo Joy

I am blessed to be married to my Best Friend. I love to travel & take photos! A love of vintage things, gardens, books/magazines, scrapbooking, jewelry/soldered items... & more. These things seem to fill the nest to it's brim! It seems that my studio is always full of SPARKLE, GLITTER & BLING! Thank you for stopping by for a visit. PLEASE COME BACK SOON!
