More Neiman Marcus Windows

Well as promised, I want to finish sharing the windows of Neiman Marcus in downtown Dallas. As you saw in a previous post the theme is "Going Green" so, in some of the windows they used Christmas Cards to cover the walls & then they used the cards to make the clothes on the mannequins & the dogs in the window display. It is very different to see how they actually made darts in the bodice of a couple of the dresses. One is very modern or retro... (late 60's/70's) Enjoy & let me know what you think of this art.

Neiman Marcus at Christmas is so much part of the holidays in Dallas, isn't it? They take us into a magical world of unlimited possibilities.....well, at least we can dream! :D Love the photos!

Thank you for stopping by, I love your blog too. I have a separate page of favorite blogs, I will be adding yours too. Neiman Marcus has wonderful windows at Christmas. I am meeting my sister in NYC for her birthday in December, and can't wait to see Macy's and Sak's windows too. What fun. Karen

Hi there and thanks for visitng my blog. I know what you mean about the lights..we call it light pollution in the uk and it is as you decribe, so many lights left on overnight that the sky is never truly dark. Being in the country, I fair a little better thank goodness. So much for going green and reducing our carbon footprint!!!

I love the one with the short dress at the mailbox!

It was nice to know someone else feels my pain about the "Man Truck"! Thank heavens that visit didn't cost a dime since it was a recall issue! Shew!

Have a lovely Sunday!

Okay, so my hubby went down there one evening and took some pictures. Only, he took pictures of just the Ball Tree. When I asked him what the other windows were like this year, he told me I probably would care for them.
The man must be crazy, because those dresses look fabulous!
I can see I'm going to have to go down there myself.
Thanks for sharing!
