Pink Saturday Flowers from California

Welcome to PINK SATURDAY! Hosted by Beverly. To see others playing in the PINK just click on the button on my sidebar. Here are a few beautiful PINK flowers I found while on my trip to California & I had PINK SATURDAY in mind while the camera was clicking!
ZENIA'S
And is this PINK Rose beautiful or what?
Dahlia's
And one of my favorites.... Fox Glove. It's so pretty who would think it was used for medicinal purposes! I hope you enjoyed the flowers. I can assure you nothing looks like this in Texas after days on end of over 100 degrees. But, we have had some rain & are cooler (in the 90's) this week. Have to be thankful for what you get. Have a wonderful weekend.

The flowers are beautiful. Wish I had some like that in my yard. Of course if I did they would be burned to a crisp by now. Hope you and your honey have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs,
Pat

Cold, dark, misty in my neck of the woods. My perennials are hiding and I am wearing a sweatshirt. Coming here today made my day a little brighter. Thanks so much.

I'm a little late with my Pink Saturday visits because I had my grandsons for the weekend and couldn't tear myself away from them☺

♥Wishing you and yours a week full of happiness♥

Oh your garden is so lovely!! I have such a black thumb. I get so envious of those of you who have the talent to grow beautiful flowers:) I have Photoshop 7 but I do not have Photoshop Elements. If you explain your problem maybe I can help. I bet we can null it out together:) Have a wonderful Sunday Sweetie! Love, Jamie

Hi Charlene! Yes their house really stands out. Their names are Carol and Larry Goetze, and their house is located at 1545 Beach Avenue. They told us the same thing about only a few were owned by individuals, that the state had taken over. They also told us that they used to own the beach property down by the water and that was taken back. There are several houses in this area, but when you walk the beach this house stand out. I loved the blue color, and the back of the house, is standing on the beach looking up. They put a little draw bridge at the end of their path. That way no one can climb up at night to their house area from the beach. They pull the bridge up and lock it. They used to have a third room that they let guests stay in, but have since stopped that and only keep up the two. They are really nice people. They actually bought some other property on the Rogue River that they are going to start renting out also. Carol works part time at a local antique store in a little strip mall there in Brookings. It was the most beautiful place I had ever been. So quaint and fun to walk around. Loved it. We had a wonderful time. No hurries there. Country Hugs, Sherry
